Recently, the Fast Company Innovation By Design Awards were announced, and Purdue's Hulu Pro was successfully shortlisted for the 2024 Fast Company Hospitality Industry Innovation Design Award. This international recognition not only fully affirms Hulu Pro's outstanding design and innovation capabilities, but also highlights its significant contribution to improving customer service and operational efficiency.
“It is an honor for Hulu Pro to be recognized by Fast Company,” said Tao Zhang, founder and CEO of Pudu Robotics. “This honor recognizes our unremitting efforts to introduce innovative robotic solutions to the hospitality industry. Hulu Pro is designed to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and I believe it will continue to play an important role in driving the industry forward in the future.”

Hulu Pro is a new delivery and reception robot launched by Pudu Robotics in May this year, designed to improve the operational efficiency and customer experience of the service industry. It integrates multifunctional delivery, store reception, and advertising marketing, bringing a comprehensive innovative solution to the service industry. The exquisite appearance design and excellent mobility enable Hulu Pro to easily adapt to various complex environments such as high-flow restaurants, busy shopping malls, and crowded entertainment venues.
Ultimate passability
The minimum clearance of Hulu Pro is 52 cm, which allows it to pass through narrow passages easily. It has strong adaptability to various venues and can move flexibly in places with more complex environments and denser crowds.
Smart Pallet
Hulu Pro is equipped with vision, which enables the robot to autonomously detect objects on the tray. After the customer finishes picking up the food, the robot immediately and seamlessly performs the next task.
Immersive Advertising
Hulu Pro has a large 18.5-inch screen, which allows companies to easily display various materials such as personalized advertising, marketing, and event promotions. Compared with traditional fixed advertising screens, the highly flexible Hulu Pro can better attract the attention of passers-by.
Customized interaction
Hulu Pro is integrated with the PUDU open platform, allowing customers to customize the robot's expressions, voice and content to provide personalized greetings and theme experiences.
New marketing model
Customers can search for keywords or click on pictures to find the location of the store they need, and then Hulu Pro will guide them to their destination. Combined with the function of leading arrival advertising, it can play "exclusive advertisements" after arriving at the destination, thereby achieving accurate advertising push.
Driven by these innovative features, Hulu Pro is gradually becoming an irreplaceable smart assistant in the hotel and catering service industry, and is also gradually playing an important role in reducing burdens and generating revenue in retail scenarios. We expect Hulu Pro to continue to lead industry changes in the future, promote the implementation of more intelligent application scenarios, and bring more innovation and benefits to the global service industry.
