Ho Chi Minh City, April 18, 2024. The 6th Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) International Auto Parts and Aftermarket Service Exhibition (Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City) will be held in Halls A and B of the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Vietnam from June 20 to 22, 2024. More than 500 local and overseas exhibitors will jointly showcase innovative mobility solutions, cutting-edge technologies, and diversified automotive products and services. Benefiting from the rich domestic and international industry resources accumulated over the years, the exhibition is committed to becoming a platform that integrates networking, trade cooperation and knowledge exchange. It will help promote the development of the Vietnamese market in the context of sustainable development by promoting business collaboration.
“The green energy transition, electrification and digitalization are affecting all sectors of society and reshaping people’s daily lives and commuting habits,” said Ms. Siu Lan Chow, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. “In Vietnam, as electric vehicles become one of the local solutions to promote environmental protection, the roadmap for the future development of the automotive industry will change its manufacturing process, business model and aftermarket. In this context, the industry is paying more and more attention to related fields such as innovation, cutting-edge technology, professional talents, efficient management solutions and new business models. Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City will return again to provide a platform for business people to explore trends in the automotive industry, while also revealing the future of transportation and travel for the Vietnamese public.”
In order to keep up with the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market, the exhibition will set up a new automotive travel solution zone, focusing on digitalization, artificial intelligence, sustainable development and ESG (environment, society and governance) and other trends that are reshaping future travel modes. The exhibition area will usher in a series of eye-catching electric vehicles and autonomous driving technologies, as well as intelligent networking and smart travel solutions, and cooperate with forums and other concurrent activities to meet the industry's thirst for new technologies and knowledge. The zone will explore in depth a number of hot topics, including logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, automobile manufacturing and automation, to help participants understand the various stages of digital transformation. At that time, many experts will introduce artificial intelligence products applied to management systems and share service cases, as well as explain the current implementation of Industry 4.0 and industrial automation, including: mechatronics, programmable logic controllers, sensor technology, pneumatic technology and robotics.
Mr. Sehong An (Sean), local sales team leader of CTR from South Korea, which exhibited at the previous edition, said: “Vietnam’s automotive industry is full of potential, so we chose to exhibit at Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City to expand our local business and find new dealers. Our company provides innovative products for electric vehicles, and the exhibition allows us to seize opportunities in the local electric vehicle market.” CTR has confirmed that it will exhibit at Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City again this year.

Concurrent Activities
Over the years, Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City's concurrent events have provided participants with opportunities to learn about the latest technologies, industry trends and developments. This year's show is no exception. For example, the Auto Collision Repair Training Course is designed for business operators, professionals, technicians and mechanics, and will share knowledge in the fields of electric vehicle maintenance, ADAS, safe driving and workshop management with practical and on-site demonstrations. At the same time, DIY workshops are designed to help driving enthusiasts in attendance improve their car beauty and maintenance skills.
In addition, preparations for autoFEST@HCMC are in full swing. This series of events is aimed at local driving groups and is dedicated to promoting car culture, which has always been very popular. This year's event will introduce gaming elements for the first time, including car drift and stunt performances and Auto NITZ music parties will return with a stronger lineup. Car Service Day will also provide comprehensive car services to participating car owners. Of course, EMMA Vietnam - Car Audio and Modification Competition is also an indispensable event of autoFEST@HCMC, which will showcase more than 70 modified cars from professional workshops.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang, a participant from Shape Education Vietnam, attended the last Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City. He said: “I majored in automotive technology, so I was particularly interested in activities related to cars and special-purpose vehicles. In addition to watching the shows, I also participated in the car inspection and maintenance service training class to increase my professional knowledge. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism of the show, as well as the exciting activities such as car drifting and stunt performances. I look forward to visiting again!”
