In early March, Apple’s cheapest 5G mobile phone to date, the iPhone SE3, was officially released. It is equipped with the same A15 bionic chip as the iPhone 13 series and is priced from 3,499 yuan.
After one month of use, some users recently reported that their iPhone SE3 had the problem of automatic restart.
In the Apple Support Community, a user said that his iPhone SE3 encountered this problem four or five times in half a month. "I remember one time it restarted when I took it out of my pocket, and the rest of the time it restarted automatically when I unplugged the charger."
The user said that many people on the forum had encountered the same problem, starting with iOS 15.4, and later updating to 15.4.1 still did not fix the problem.
On Tieba and Weibo, many users reported similar restart problems. However, some users said that their iPhone SE3 was normal and did not automatically restart.
A forum user said, "The iPhone SE3 has been shutting down from standby mode for two consecutive days with the same code." It is understood that the code mentioned by the user is the "panic full" error page that appears after the fault occurs, and the page prompts "DCP PANIC-poll reg time out."
@Apple Support official microblog said, in this case, please let us know through private message, when the device restarts, does the screen display the spinning gear or the Apple logo? If convenient, please provide a screenshot of the "Settings" > "Battery" > "Battery Health" interface (note to block privacy).
