It is understood that on July 3, in response to an investor's question about "the company's response to the short-term supply interruption from Intel in the United States", Inspur Information stated that the company's current production and operations are normal and Intel has resumed supplying Inspur.

Earlier, there were reports that Inspur Information was added to the US export control list, and the export of Intel products to Inspur was suspended at 11:59 pm on June 29.

According to the newly revised military end-user and end-use (MEU) regulations in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which took effect on June 29, certain export transactions require an export license, which can only be obtained after the export to entities that are military end users, support military end users, or use Intel products for military end users.

In response to this news, Intel said that it needed to make some corresponding adjustments to the supply chain in accordance with relevant US laws, so it had to temporarily suspend supply to this customer. This temporary suspension is expected to last less than two weeks, at which time it will resume supply to this customer.
