Shanghai, China – March 28, 2023
ADLINK Technology, a global leading provider of edge computing solutions, industrial PCs and motherboards and a Titanium member of Intel® Partner Alliance, announced the launch of the industrial-grade ATX motherboard IMB-M47H that supports 12th/13th generation Intel® Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3, Pentium® and Celeron® processors . The motherboard provides scalable high-performance computing capabilities, supports three simultaneous independent displays, external USB ports, 2.5GbE and high-performance add-on cards, and is ideal for applications that require processing complex tasks such as smart manufacturing, 5G manufacturing, semiconductors and machine vision.
The IMB-M47H industrial-grade ATX motherboard supports the 12th generation Intel® processors. More importantly, the latest Intel® Core™ processors use a high-performance hybrid architecture, supporting up to eight E-cores (energy efficiency cores) for multi-threaded background task management and multi-tasking, and up to eight P-cores (performance cores) for demanding single-threaded work, such as graphics processing and video rendering. Compared with the 10th generation Intel® Core™ processors, the 12th/13th generation Intel® Core™ processors increase single-thread performance by 1.36 times and multi-thread performance by 1.35 times, providing more energy-efficient general processing capabilities and powerful processing capabilities for intensive applications.
“ADLINK has upgraded its ATX motherboards, PICMG 1.3 full-size single-board computers (SBCs), and Mini-ITX embedded motherboards to support the latest 12th/13th Gen Intel® Core™ processors, DDR5, PCIe Gen5, and 2.5 GbE, and prepare for the next generation of edge AI applications. In particular, the IMB-M47H industrial-grade ATX motherboard supports our own developed and rigorously verified PCI/PCIe expansion cards, such as I/O cards, motion control cards, vision cards, and GPU cards, providing our customers with a fully integrated one-stop solution to accelerate application deployment,” said Ethan Chen, General Manager of ADLINK’s Edge Computing Platform Division .
The IMB-M47H leverages new technologies supported by 12th/13th Generation Intel® processors, including PCIe Gen 5, DDR5, secure and manageable 2.5 GbE LAN, and support for AI, to help improve productivity and drive innovation in edge AI applications. To ensure reliable performance across platforms, the IMB-M47H can also withstand a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.
The IMB-M47H is currently available in limited quantities for testing by qualified customers.
