Design a PCB diagram based on FPGA electronic piano [Copy link]

1. Basic requirements:

(1) It has general playing functions and variable volume (at least two levels)

(2) Realize the automatic playback function of a song

(3) Function of digitally displaying musical notation notes

(4) Make a regulated power supply (the work will eventually use the 9V power adapter of the experimenter)

2. Improvement

(1) You can select and play multiple songs (≥2) by pressing the selection key.

(2) Output plus power amplifier circuit

(3) Use music chips or other solutions to achieve the timbre of instruments such as piano and violin

(4) Make sound effects or beats adjustable

How to draw a PCB diagram???

That's easy, just make the output amplifier gain variable. To make it simple, switch a few resistors; to make it more complicated, make a digitally controlled potentiometer.   Details Published on 2019-7-13 19:52

Shouldn't we ask how to design the principle? Design a reasonable circuit according to the requirements, and the circuit will come out, and the PCB will also come out.

Let's do the circuit schematic first, then talk about PCB

First, there is the schematic diagram before the PCB. What is the PCB without even asking about the schematic diagram?!

Second, what does it mean to make the volume variable? If the output is variable, then a potentiometer will do the trick. If the output is variable, it is not difficult to use FPGA to make it variable. But if the requirement is to make it variable according to the strength of the keyboard, then it is not easy to do.

The volume should be adjustable when playing music. How can I adjust the volume?
