On November 20, according to Yanzhao Evening News, Qu Hanbin, general manager of Hebei New North China Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., said in introducing the company's key projects that the company is currently focusing on RF serial chips and satellite communication serial chips for 5G base station applications. Among them, some chips have completed research and development and entered mass production and supply; in terms of indicators and reliability, they can completely replace similar foreign products.

It is reported that Hebei New North China Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. It is an industrial company controlled by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation 13. Its main business scope is the design, testing and production of microwave radio frequency integrated circuit chips and modules. The application direction of its products is mainly for civilian special communications, civilian radar, civil aircraft electronics and navigation. It has undertaken dozens of national and provincial key research and development projects, and won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Electronics Society.

Qu Hanbin also said that the research and development of the company's other products is also progressing steadily, and it is expected that all the series of chips planned in the first phase can be mass-produced and supplied in the first half of next year.
