AirPods Service and Repair page, Apple has added official battery service fees to the AirPods Max over-ear headphones that were released earlier.
For customers who do not choose to purchase AppleCare+ for AirPods Max, Apple provides the standard one-year warranty for all Apple products. If AirPods Max requires service during this year, all services will be provided free of charge.
After the one-year warranty of AirPods Max expires or the two-year AppleCare + service ends, Apple will charge $79 (about 520 yuan) for battery repair. IT Home checked Apple's official website in China and found that the official has not yet provided the battery service fee for the Chinese AirPods Max.
The price of AirPods Max is 4,399 yuan and it can be ordered through Apple's online store, with the earliest delivery date being December 15.
