According to the newly revised military end-user and end-use (MEU) regulations in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which took effect on June 29, certain export transactions require an export license, which can only be obtained after the export to entities that are military end users, support military end users, or use Intel products for military end users.
In response to this news, Intel said that Intel needs to make some corresponding adjustments to the supply chain in accordance with relevant US laws, so it has to temporarily suspend supply to this customer. This temporary suspension is expected to last less than two weeks, when supply to this customer will be resumed.
