By using a multi- sensor kit, including lidar, RGBD camera, IMU, etc., information about the terrain around the main body is collected, and a high-precision terrain map is constructed with the help of multi-sensor spatiotemporal fusion; the huge amount of data on the high-precision terrain map is noise eliminated and effective data is screened, and finally a height map, occupancy grid, plane segmentation, and structured scene are generated according to the needs of motion control; the terrain information and the relative position of the robot are used as perception information, and the robot's real-time position, posture, joint angle and speed status are added to make real-time judgments and adjustments on the position of the foothold, the size of the interaction force and the speed of movement. Zhuji Power fully develops key hardware in-house, and its high-performance joints have the characteristics of high torque density and high dynamic response, enabling the robot to achieve high dynamic movement and all-terrain mobility. Zhuji Power has achieved world-leading and top-notch mobility in China through the seamless integration of advanced perception and motion control algorithms and self-developed hardware, creating the best hardware solution for legged robots to achieve optimal motion control. Zhuji Power has carried out in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with well-known universities such as Southern University of Science and Technology, University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to promote the research and development of cutting-edge technologies such as reinforcement learning and mobile operation.
