It is reported that the solidification rate of Xingdong lithium battery all-solid-state battery electrolyte reaches 100%, that is, the liquid content of the electrolyte is 0% (wt%).
In terms of safety, when fully charged, it will not catch fire or explode even if it is shot or stabbed by a needle.
In terms of cycle life, the cycle life of Xingdong lithium solid-state batteries is more than twice that of liquid batteries, reaching more than 20,000 1C/1C cycles and more than 30,000 0.5C/0.5C cycles, and its service life will exceed 40 years.
In terms of discharge rate, it can sustain 2C charging and discharging, and supports 15C instantaneous high current discharge.
In terms of application scenarios, Xingdong lithium solid-state batteries have excellent discharge temperature range, supporting power system applications in an environment of -60℃—130℃.
The all-solid-state battery is suitable for large-scale energy storage systems, new energy vehicles , mining equipment and other fields.
According to the information, Xingdong Lithium Battery was established in October 2022. The legal representative is Yu Cheng. The registered capital is 51.68 million yuan. The business scope includes battery manufacturing; battery sales; energy storage technology services, etc.
Xingdong Lithium Battery and China Highway Vehicle Machinery Co., Ltd. invested in a 12GWh high-performance lithium-ion energy storage battery project in Xingtai High-tech Zone, with a total investment of 5.4 billion yuan. Among them, the first phase covers an area of 140 acres, with an investment of 1.35 billion yuan. Construction started in October 2022, introducing 2 2GW fully automatic square lithium-ion energy storage battery production lines, 5 fully automatic battery assembly lines, and 120 sets of inspection equipment.
As of February 2024, the main building of Xingdong Lithium Battery's 12GWh high-performance lithium-ion energy storage battery project has been completed.
