Ultra-small single-stage amplifier LNA for GPS
TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR LTD. has launched the XC2401A8167R-G, an ultra-small single-stage amplifier 1.6GHz LNA (low noise amplifier) suitable for GPS using CMOS technology.
In order to expand the LNA product lineup suitable for GPS, Torex Semiconductor has developed a low-noise, ultra-small package single-stage amplifier LNA using CMOS technology.
XC2401A8167R-G is ultra-small (0.95 x 0.75 x h0.38mm), with low NF (0.69dB, TYP.) and low power consumption (6.6mW, fixed bias). It can operate at a low voltage of 1.2V, and can operate at power supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.85V, 3.0V, etc. by adding a resistor for self-biasing. Only a small number of external parts are required for input and output to achieve 50Ω matching.
This product uses the ultra-small USPN-4B02 package, which is conducive to saving space. In addition, it complies with the EU RoHS directive and is Pb-free, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and energy saving. In the future, Torex Semiconductor will continue to enrich the LNA product lineup and develop more products that meet market demand. [XC2401A8167R-G Features]
