The MAX19001 is a fully integrated, four-channel, high-performance pin electronic driver with built-in level adjuster, ideal for memory and SOC ATE systems. Each channel of the MAX19001 includes a four-level pin driver, programmable cable loss compensation, programmable level adjuster, and a comparator for AC calibration.

The driver has a wide operating voltage range of -2V to +6V, a data rate of up to 1200Mbps when operating at +2V, and can provide an output voltage of 0 to 13V in high-voltage mode (VHH mode). The device includes high-impedance and active termination resistors (3rd-level drive) to maintain extremely high linearity even at low voltage swings. Calibration comparators and multiplexers provide timing calibration for each channel. The device is configured through a serial interface to simplify PCB signal routing.

The MAX19001 can work in conjunction with the MAX19000 to achieve a complete memory and SOC ATE system solution. The MAX19000 is a fully integrated dual-channel, high-performance pin electronics driver/comparator that has similar drive characteristics to the MAX19001.

The MAX19001 is available in a 64-pin TQFP package with an exposed pad.
