MAX2900/2901/2902 is a 200 mW monolithic transmitter. They are suitable for working in the 902-928 MHz ISM band specified by FCC CFR47 Part l5.247. They can be used in automatic meter reading, wireless security systems, wireless sensors, wireless data networks, and wireless building control.
The main technical features are as follows:
・The power supply voltage is 2.6 to 4.5 V;
・Output power is 23 dBm (at 4.5 V) or 20 dBm (at 3 V).
・BPSK, OOK, ASK and FM modulation;
・FM can be achieved by directly modulating the VCO;
・8-channel frequency synthesizer (MAX2900);
・Use an external differential antenna.
