3. The program of the board with low external clock configuration was downloaded to the board with high external clock. Because the multiplication and division coefficients make the system clock too high, the board locks itself. Pull up BOOT0 and download the correct program to solve it.

4. The wrong ROM model was selected during flash download, resulting in self-locking.

5. Programs for different chips cannot be downloaded randomly (although some can). Previously, when I downloaded the 407 program into the 405, it locked itself.

Solution to self-locking: The new version of JLINK driver (downloadable from the official website) has an application program to UNLOCK STM32; pull up BOOT0 to 3.3V to download the program.
