1) ZESTRON® Flux Test Flux Active Distribution Quick Test Kit
ZESTRON® Flux Test can clearly show the distribution of pollutants by means of color reaction, and identify the activator in the carboxylic acid type flux. It is a very important supplement for ion contamination detection and is conducive to the rapid evaluation of component reliability.
2) ZESTRON® Resin Test Resin Residue Distribution Quick Test Kit
ZESTRON® Resin Test can identify the distribution of resin residues on electronic assemblies by means of a color reaction. Timely detection of rosin or synthetic resin residues from self-fluxing fluxes during production and their removal by appropriate means can effectively avoid weakening of conformal coating adhesion and the occurrence of delamination.
3) ZESTRON® Coating Layer Test Rapid Chemical Test Kit for Coating Failure
The ZESTRON coating delamination test uses a color reaction to visually display coating defects, even for micron coatings. Whether the coating process is reliable depends mainly on the uniformity of the coating. This test can be used for low-cost sampling and monitoring during the production process to timely prevent failure risks such as coating voids or delamination, and reduce adverse effects on the final circuit board assembly.
