XLSEMI designed single-chip car charger IC XL4002 circuit schematic diagram
Based on the system requirements in the field of car charging, Shanghai Xinlong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. provides
a series of single-chip ICs dedicated to car charging solutions. In addition to the conventional over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and output short-circuit protection, it also
has built-in CV, CC, and OVP dedicated to lithium battery charging. This is equivalent to
integrating all the functional modules such as 2576+358+voltage regulator in the [3] solution into one IC.
Advantages: In addition to the corresponding advantages of the [3] solution, there are also:
(1) A fully integrated solution dedicated to car charging, with low system cost and high reliability;
(2) The CV, CC, and OVP inside the IC are all achieved by controlling PWM; therefore, the output voltage,
output current, and output overvoltage protection have higher accuracy and faster response speed;
(3) Xinlong provides a series of cost-effective products for car charging with charging currents between 0A and 3A;
