Bridge drive circuit made of 555 integrated circuit
Source: InternetPublisher:Lemontree Keywords: Drive circuit Updated: 2024/10/08
As shown in Figure 6, it is composed of two 555 time base circuits (IC1, IC2), and the motor M is connected between the two output terminals of IC1 and IC2. The output stage circuits of IC1 and IC2 are marked in Figure 6, Vi and Vi2 are control signals, and Vo1 and Vo2 are output signals. When Vi1=0 and Vi2=1, the upper transistor of IC1 and the lower transistor of IC2 are turned on, Vo1=VCC, Vi2=0, and the motor M rotates forward. When Vi1=1 and Vi2=0, the lower transistor of ICl and the upper transistor of IC2 are turned on, Vo1=0, Vo2=Vcc, and the motor M rotates reversely. The bridge drive circuit can easily realize the forward and reverse control of the motor.
