Product advantages:

It is the same size as a rectangular small tester and is smaller than previous models. It is easy to assemble and embed inside automatic machines and production line engineering systems.

●Comparator

In LCR mode, you can select 2 measurement items for HI/IN/LO judgment. In addition to setting the absolute value, the judgment method can also set % and Δ%. When using continuous measurement, judgment can be made based on multiple measurement conditions and measurement items.

●BIN setting

IM3523 has 10 types and out-of-range classifications for main items, and 1 type and out-of-range classification for auxiliary items.

●Auto range shift range limiting function

When the measurement object needs to span multiple ranges, the moving range of the automatic range can be limited before measurement. For measurement, you can flexibly choose between a wide automatic range and shortening the measurement time by completing the measurement only after searching within the set range, both of which have advantages.

●Two continuously measured items are output through EXTI/O respectively.

For two types of continuous measurement judgment items, each judgment result can be obtained through EXTI/O. More detailed inspection and screening can be performed.

●Limit value linkage setting range and range linkage setting function

Corresponding to the set reference value or range, the most appropriate range is automatically set. In addition, the most appropriate measurement conditions are automatically set in conjunction with range changes. This can effectively shorten the preparation time.

●OPEN/SHORT compensation area setting function

When the measurement frequency range is limited, set the actual measurement frequency range to enable OPEN/SHORT compensation. Saves valuable time compared to OPEN/SHORT compensation over the entire frequency range.
