If there is inflammation, it cannot be absorbed directly. The anatomy does not support it. There is a layer of necrotic tissue on the surface. The drug will not work after it is applied. Pharmacokinetics does not mean that direct contact is enough.   Details Published on 2022-11-9 07:07

Someone mentioned making an ultrasonic nebulizer. I wonder if this drug delivery method is really so magical? Is there any pharmacokinetic support?

It is mainly used in the respiratory tract. By breaking up the drug, it can reach the lesion directly, which is definitely better than taking medicine or infusion, which is transmitted through the blood.  Details Published on 2022-11-8 16:22

This is just my imagination. Based on the pharmacology I have learned, I guess the drug administration will not be as fast as intravenous administration.  Details Published on 2022-11-8 18:14

Haha~ This is the explanation from Baidu Encyclopedia, you can learn about it~ "Nebulizer therapy mainly refers to aerosol inhalation therapy. The so-called aerosol refers to tiny solid or liquid particles suspended in the air. Therefore, nebulizer inhalation therapy uses a nebulizer to disperse the drug into tiny droplets or particles, making it suspended in the air.  Details Published on 2022-11-10 15:27

"Nebulizer therapy mainly refers to aerosol inhalation therapy. The so-called aerosol refers to tiny solid or liquid particles suspended in the air. Therefore, nebulizer inhalation therapy uses an atomizing device to disperse the drug into tiny droplets or particles, suspending them in the gas and entering the respiratory tract and lungs to achieve the purpose of humidifying the airway and treating respiratory inflammation."
