It is ideal for controlling DC motors with precision control circuits, as well as other applications such as lighting and small heaters by converting the DC voltage into a series of pulses such that the pulse duration is directly proportional to the DC voltage.
The circuit can prevent overload, short circuit, PWM (pulse width) modulation range can be adjusted from 0-100%, PWM frequency can be adjusted from 100Hz-5KHZ. The working voltage is between +8V~35V, the minimum current consumption is about 35mA. The maximum current can reach 6.5A. The efficiency is better than 90% at full load.
The functions of the three potentiometers are as follows:
VR1: Determines the minimum output voltage
VR3: Sets the maximum output voltage
VR2: Sets the output frequency.
