The Intel Cloud Terminal Solution Media Communication Conference with the theme of "Redistribution of Computing Power under Digital Transformation" was held in Beijing. Intel, together with IDC industry analysts and industry partners, shared in-depth insights into the challenges and development trends faced by enterprises in the digital transformation in the era of data dividends, and jointly discussed how cloud terminal solutions based on Intel technology can redistribute cloud and terminal computing power to create an efficient and collaborative business computing environment for enterprises, fully release the "value of data", and thus achieve all-round digital transformation, and inject new momentum into society through innovative integration.

IDC's latest "Cloud Terminal Solutions and Industry Application Research White Paper" shows that in the context of enterprises' full cloud migration, cloud terminal solutions with computing power at the terminal can better meet user experience needs, and currently have a wide range of applications in energy, finance, telecommunications, education, medical and other fields. Although each industry has its own emphasis on the demand for various cloud terminal solutions with computing power, it is foreseeable that in the future, cloud terminal solutions with computing power at the terminal will match more work scenarios and provide users with a safer, simpler, more flexible and smoother computing experience.

Wang Jiping, assistant vice president of IDC, said: "In the process of actively promoting digital transformation, traditional enterprises have gradually transitioned to digital native enterprises and started to usher in the era of digital transformation economy with a new identity. Their core demands include urgent needs for local computing power on the client side, scalability of terminal devices, system stability and flexibility, and centralized IT management."

Although cloud computing has become one of the important ways for enterprises to operate efficiently as the digital transformation process continues to advance, there are still many pain points in the cloud migration process: various business lines are becoming more and more complex, costs are becoming more and more difficult to control, and the requirements for data timeliness, system stability, and flexible processing capabilities across work scenarios are becoming higher and higher. The disadvantages of over-reliance on cloud computing are obvious, so enterprises urgently need to reallocate the computing power of the cloud and terminals to cooperate with more flexible, efficient, and cost-controlled IT deployment solutions.

Intel's innovative computing model directly addresses the pain points of enterprise digital transformation

In fact, as long as the local computing power is improved and the storage, access and analysis of data on the client terminal are optimized, the pressure on the cloud server can be greatly reduced. Therefore, the cloud terminal solution based on Intel technology with computing power on the terminal can not only store and calculate data in a timely manner, flexibly integrate and access resources across platforms, but also centrally manage, monitor data access and calls, and discover and solve problems in a timely manner. Optimize the IT architecture to the greatest extent to meet the computing needs of local work.

Intel's comprehensive and leading technology products make the efficient and collaborative workspace that enterprises pursue within reach. Intel Core series high-performance processors can improve local computing performance, while local deployment of data can reduce cloud load and achieve real-time data application. The flexible deployment capabilities brought by Intel technology-based cloud terminal solutions allow devices to process core business in parallel and run local office applications; at the same time, it effectively reduces dependence on networks and servers and offsets the impact of server or network anomalies on user experience.

Among them, the Intel® vPro™ platform is the foundation of business computing. Intel® vPro™ platform technology relies on active management technology (AMT) to easily achieve remote maintenance and has high manageability. It can provide first-class performance, excellent and reliable features, remote manageability and stability, thereby improving employee work efficiency, protecting the reliability of corporate data, reducing operating costs and reducing work interruptions.

Promote the integration and innovation of IT and various industries, and accelerate the implementation of the digital economy

Liang Yali, general manager of Intel's Marketing Group Industry Solutions Division in China, said, "Intel is committed to helping enterprise customers achieve their digital transformation goals, promoting profound business changes in all industries, and accelerating the implementation of the digital economy through collaborative innovation in the context of the digital economy."

Through computing innovation, Intel has given a new meaning to "Intel Inside" - creating a commercial computing solution "born to complete tasks anywhere". For medium and large enterprises, Intel's cloud terminal solution can not only support all workflows from macro goals to specific calculations, but also provide enterprises with comprehensive asset management options. It fundamentally solves the technical needs of enterprise customers, allowing them to have no worries on the road to the digital economy era.

In the future, Intel will not only meet the needs of modern enterprises through computing innovation, but will also work with partners to promote win-win cooperation and accelerate the full implementation of the digital economy.
