INTERNATIONAL IOT EXPO – SHENZHEN, China – July 25, 2019 – ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ON), driving energy efficient innovations, will showcase its power, sense, connect and actuate solutions and tools for the Internet of Things (IoT) at the IOTE International Exhibition (IOTE) in Shenzhen, China, July 30 – August 1.

Perception is the foundation of IoT and one of ON Semiconductor's main areas of expertise. The company will exhibit several representative solutions including a Smart Passive Sensor (SPS) temperature data logging demonstration, the first product in a new generation of tags that provide significantly enhanced flexibility, power and higher RFID sensitivity. Vision-based IoT demonstrations will include a Bluetooth low-power camera, highlighting ON Semiconductor's world-leading market position in image perception. The camera contains a low-power CMOS image sensor that provides the ability to detect motion and capture high-speed objects while minimizing the need for system power and application footprint.
In the field of connectivity, ON Semiconductor's demonstration will include the RSL10 Bluetooth 5 radio system-on-chip (SoC), which brings the industry's lowest power Bluetooth low energy to wireless applications. This will include a multi-sensor platform for continuous solar energy harvesting. A machine-to-machine (M2M) demonstration will showcase an ultra-low power solution that provides flexible and rapid prototyping capabilities to quickly connect to the Ali IoT cloud platform. In terms of lighting drive, ON Semiconductor's smart lighting demonstration uses a switchless power supply (SMPS), AC direct drive dimming, powered by the company's NCP786A high-voltage linear regulator, and uses the NCL30170 linear LED driver and Bluetooth control to show the audience practical and innovative end-to-end connected lighting solutions.
ON Semiconductor will also demonstrate its continuously improved Strata Developer Studio™. Strata is a comprehensive, plug-and-play R&D, evaluation and design tool that enables fast and easy development of IoT solutions in a continuously updated, integrated and intuitive environment.
ON Semiconductor will have nearly 30 demonstrations and exhibits to truly demonstrate the almost unlimited possibilities of IoT.
