【Online Seminar】Registration now open! CadenceTECHTALK: Apply Voltus solutions to run distributed PI analysis on large designs
It's one week away from the upcoming online seminar CadenceTECHTALK on April 6 : Applying Voltus Solutions to Run Distributed PI Analysis on Large Designs .
This online seminar will cover the generation of xPGV models and their use in EM-IR analysis to reduce runtime and memory. The registration channel is still open, so don’t miss the opportunity. Hurry up and register for this online seminar to discuss Cadence solutions with Cadence experts. Cadence looks forward to welcoming you!
Seminar Introduction
Memory requirements and runtime for full-chip EM-IR analysis have become major challenges at advanced nodes, and designs with hundreds of millions or even billions of cells are not uncommon. Running full-chip flat analysis on a distributed network requires a large number of terabytes of memory. Using Voltus XM (Extreme Modeling) technology will help designers run hierarchical analysis to alleviate such problems.
Using Voltus XM, designers can create xPGV models of their IP blocks to accurately capture the module's demand current and electrical parasitics. These xPGV models are an order of magnitude smaller than full extraction modules, and when used in chip-scale flattening analysis, they significantly reduce runtime and memory. The modeling approach used in Voltus XM ensures minimal differences in results compared to full-chip analysis.
