Field Service Engineer

main duty:

1. Assist senior engineers to install machine equipment on the client side, provide customers with daily machine maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, etc.

2. Complete corresponding on-the-job technical training and safety training, and continue on-the-job learning

3. Comply with the on-site requirements of the company and the client, including safety requirements, environmental protection requirements, etc.

4. Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the company

1. main duty:

1. Responsible for client process support, including process verification of new equipment, diagnosis, analysis and resolution of complex process problems during operation

2. Develop new processes for new product applications; or work closely with customers to optimize the process parameters of semiconductor equipment to meet customer needs for process and integration.

3. Design complete technical experiments according to internal company or customer requirements, collect and process experimental data, and issue relevant reports

4. Guide customers on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment
