Step 1. Download all the necessary tools and files, namely iTunes 10.2.2 for Windows, Sn0wbreeze 2.6.1 for Windows, and iOS 4.2.7 for Verizon iPhone 4.

Step 2. Open Sn0wbreeze and click the blue "Next" arrow.

Step 3. Select the desired firmware .ipsw file and click "Browse"
