SN75370 Dual MOS Memory Interface Circuit

SN75370 is a monolithic integrated read/write interface circuit that can be used for the input/output interface between 4062 and similar MOS RAM and TTL circuits. It can directly interface with the I/O of MOS RAMs such as 4062. During write operation, the driver can provide a complementary high voltage output, with high sensitivity in read operation, TTL and DTL compatible diode clamp input, TTL and DTL compatible data output, data output terminal can be connected as "AND", and the power supply voltage range is large. The figure shows the interconnection diagram of SN75370 and 4062.
