SN75369 is a universal interface between TTL circuits and high current and high voltage. It has an inverting logic function and low power consumption. Its interface between TTL level and high voltage and high current can drive high-capacity loads, is compatible with a variety of MOS RAMs and MOS shift registers, uses standard bipolar and MOS power supplies, and has high switching speed. SN75369 is a dual MOS driver that can be controlled by a current source input signal. In most cases, SN75369 works with standard MOS or bipolar power supplies. The figure shows the wiring of the MOSRAM clock driver with transistor power input.
