According to market research data, Apple topped the mobile phone sales champion in China for the second consecutive month in November, driven by the success of the iPhone 13 series. After 6 years, Apple's market share in China in October topped the list for the first time.

　　The latest data from Counterpoint Research shows that in November, the iPhone accounted for 23.6% of smartphone sales in China, an increase from 22% in October 2021. The figures also show that the iPhone has maintained its market leadership in China for two consecutive months. Chinese brand vivo followed closely behind Apple, accounting for 17.8% of the market share.

　　This is mainly due to the huge popularity of the iPhone 13 series in China, and the Double 11 shopping season also contributed greatly. Counterpoint Research predicts that Apple's iPhone sales are expected to decline from December or January 2022, as most old iPhone users may have finished upgrading their devices. In addition, Counterpoint also linked the surge in Apple's iPhone sales to the sanctions on Huawei phones.

　　Overall performance for the fourth quarter so far shows Vivo with a leading 23% share of shipments, with Apple in fifth place at 13%. Although full fourth quarter figures are not yet available, Apple's overall position has seen some decline.
