At the 2019 Global Flash Summit held today, Sage Micro CEO Luo Jianjun stated that Sage Micro has successfully developed a SAS-SATA controller, which is also China's first SAS controller chip.
It is revealed that INIC-6651 (SATA-SATA Port-Multiplier) and INIC-7621, 7641 (SAS-SATA Port-Multiplier) are currently in mass production.
In addition, Luo Jianjun revealed that Sage Micro's PCIE-SAS/SATA RAID controller and PCIE-PCIE Expander big data array controller chips are also under development. This also marks Sage Micro's rapid development from storage controller to storage array controller.
