At present, this new composite robot product has been applied to 3C industry customer sites to achieve automatic loading and unloading of boards. The project uses laser and QR code fusion navigation and positioning technology to achieve AGV parking position accuracy <5mm, and achieves high-precision parking position accuracy of AGV; visual guidance technology is used to meet the requirements of loading and unloading 1m. Automatic loading and unloading and the transfer of finished products and rough materials docked with the machine are all achieved through composite mobile robots. The implementation and operation of the project completely replaces manual process operations, liberates human expenditures, and effectively integrates human costs.
