The Guilin Deep Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Project was launched in 2019. Based on the cooperation experience of the first phase project that exceeded expectations, Deep Technology and Hikvision Robotics successfully launched the second phase project cooperation , with a total investment of nearly 200 Hikvision Robotics lurking and material box AMRs, visual code reading doors , iWMS+RCS, to achieve automated logistics covering the entire factory's warehousing and distribution.

In the process of raw material storage, the project uses a visual barcode reading door with technology. The barcode reader can easily identify the barcode information and complete the automatic storage and inventory of materials in 30 seconds . It not only eliminates the tediousness of manual material inspection, but also improves the accuracy of storage, reduces the number of operators by more than 60% , and the material information can be traced throughout the entire process.
Multi-device integrated cluster scheduling
Smart factory Integrated with PTL distribution wall, multiple AMR robots, hoists and other equipment. Hikvision Robotics RCS-2000 realizes cluster dispatching control, transportation control, path optimization, etc. for nearly 200 AMRs, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the system and the coordinated and orderly operation of various equipment.
Customized 3C industry solutions
In view of the complex and sophisticated multi-process production, the second phase deploys CTU bin robot solutions , which can adapt to the high-density storage and precise distribution of bins of different sizes and materials , and realize the full-process material control from the warehouse to the SMT production line . AMR cooperates with the elevator to realize cross-floor fully automatic transportation of typical mobile phone production processes such as SMT processing, dispensing, assembly, aging, testing, coating, and packaging.
