This standard strictly stipulates the environmental adaptability, safety protection functions, etc. of portable charging guns. What kind of MCU does a portable charging gun need?
Portable charging guns are generally composed of household power plugs (connected to fixed sockets), charging gun heads, control protection boxes, cables, vehicle connectors connected to the vehicle body, and other components. Its internal main control module (IC-CPD) integrates multiple functions such as power supply control, control guidance, leakage protection, display of real-time status of the charging process, and temperature control. MCU is the core component of this control module. It is responsible for the central processor of the functional operation logic and calculation of the charging gun, the command center for communication and collaborative work, and realizes the interaction between various IC modules. It integrates memory, serial port, counter, A/D converter, DMA and other interfaces, calculates voltage and current, and generates driving signals for relays and LED lights. Therefore, portable charging gun products have extremely high requirements for MCU. Not only does it require safe and reliable charging, but it also requires stable operation in complex and unstable mains power environments. At the same time, it also needs to meet low power consumption and high efficiency.

With upgraded performance, the HK32C030 family has a main frequency of 64MHz, 64KB Flash and 10KB SRAM. It supports DMA function, supports division and square root calculation, and integrates hardware division and square root calculation unit, which can improve software processing capabilities and respond to external events faster.
High reliability, based on higher process level and rich production experience, ensures stable product performance and safe and reliable performance, so that users can have a better use experience, and also provides customers with more high-quality choices when selecting.
Low power consumption, with multiple low power modes, and supports dynamic adjustment of main frequency and voltage. In normal operation mode, the power consumption is only 150uA/MHz, and in deep sleep mode, the power consumption is only 1uA.
