In June this year, executives from two major terminal brands, OPPO and Xiaomi, successively showed off their own under-screen camera prototypes on Weibo.
Although mobile phones with under-screen cameras are still in the prototype stage, judging from the current terminal market demand, achieving full-screen displays is indeed a major trend in the global smartphone market, and under-screen cameras are likely to become a trend along with the full-screen trend.
As a result, many companies related to the industry chain have also begun to expand this technology; among domestic first-tier manufacturers, many companies have participated in the pre-research projects of terminal brands.
Recently, an investor asked Crystal Optech about the company's product development progress and customer adoption of under-screen cameras on an interactive platform. Crystal Optech responded that the company's products are indirectly supplied to OPPO, and OPPO's under-screen camera phone is a pre-research project and has not yet been mass-produced.
In addition to the under-screen camera, Crystal Optech is also betting on periscope camera products.
Previously, Crystal Optech responded to investors' questions on an interactive platform, saying that the yield rate of the company's prism products used in periscope cameras is still in the climbing stage, the output is constantly increasing, and the unit price of the products is higher than that of ordinary filters.
