Last month, Xiaomi demonstrated its Super Charge Turbo 100W super-fast charging technology, which can fully charge a 4000mAh battery phone (when the phone is turned on) in about 17 minutes.
On the evening of April 16, a netizen left a message on Xiaomi President Lin Bin’s Weibo, asking “Is there any hope for mass production of 100W fast charging?” Lin Bin said: We are working hard on it.
It is understood that Xiaomi 9 supports 27W wired fast charging and 20W wireless flash charging. It is also the world's first flagship to support 20W wireless flash charging.
The highest wired charging power currently in mass production is the SuperVOOC super flash charging technology developed by OPPO, with a maximum power of nearly 50W. However, only models such as OPPO Find X Super Flash Charge Edition, OPPO Find X Lamborghini Edition, and OPPO R17 Pro are equipped with this technology.
