100W FET power amplifier circuit

MOSFET power amplifier circuit is mainly used in high-power AV circuit. As shown in the figure, it is a 100W MOSFET power amplifier circuit. The input stage of this circuit adopts JEFT input type operational amplifier TL071, which has large input impedance and high conversion rate. VTl and VT3 are complementary constant current source loads of operational amplifier TL071. VT4 and VT5 form a typical driving stage, which has good linearity and fast response. The output stage VT6 and VT7 use MOSFET tubes, which have beautiful sound and amplification factor of about 5. C1 uses metallized polypropylene capacitor to avoid distortion. The technical indicators of this amplifier are: the frequency response at full power is 15Hz~125kHz, the conversion rate is 25V/μs, the output noise is -95dB, and the damping factor is greater than 400 (8Ω load).
