Key points and methods of welding electronic components
Soldering components with an electric soldering iron is a basic assembly process, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of electronic products. Here are some key points for soldering components.
1. Rosin, rosin oil or acid-free flux is the best choice for welding. Do not use acid flux, otherwise it will corrode the welding area.
2. Before welding, scrape the area to be welded with a knife to make it show metallic luster, apply flux, and then apply a layer of solder.
3. When soldering, the soldering iron should have enough heat to ensure the quality of soldering and prevent cold solder joints and desoldering over time.
4. The soldering iron should not stay on the soldering point for too long.
5. After the soldering iron leaves the soldering area, the soldered parts cannot be moved immediately, otherwise the parts will easily become unsoldered because the solder has not yet solidified.
6. It is best to twist the connecting wires of the components first and then tin them.
7. When soldering transistors and other devices that are afraid of high temperatures, it is best to use small flat-nosed pliers or tweezers to clamp the lead pins of the transistor, and also control the time when soldering.
8. When welding semiconductor components, it is best to use thinner low-temperature welding wire and the welding time should be short.
