XZ8802 helps you protect your IC from being copied
Anyone who visits IC forums may have seen posts with titles such as "Professional Chip Decryption" and "Professional MCU Decryption" that sell decryption technology. In order to save R&D costs or launch products quickly, some companies use such illegal means to steal original chips. Engineers who make original chips hate this kind of thief behavior, because innovative new products are copied or cloned as soon as they are launched on the market, which will cause huge losses to the original company and affect the enthusiasm for innovation, causing electronic products to enter a vicious circle of homogeneous low-price competition.
But besides being helpless, is there no other way? Of course there is a way. At the 2010 IIC-China Spring Exhibition, Shanghai-based Xinzheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited its latest anti-copy encryption chip XZ8802.
XZ8802 is an anti-channelling/anti-copying encryption chip designed by the company independently. It adopts hardware encryption method, has unique anti-cryptographic analysis and anti-cryptographic cracking functions, and has high confidentiality. It can prevent the embedded firmware/software code of electronic products from being copied and replicated, effectively protect the intellectual property rights of electronic product design schemes, and can be widely used in anti-copying/anti-copying board protection of various electronic products.
Huang Chunjiang, manager of Xinzheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., said that XZ8802 has the following main advantages:
1. XZ8802 has a custom password. If the pirate removes or damages the XZ8802 chip from the circuit board, the system will not start normally.
Second, a fixed ID number is assigned to each customer, which cannot be changed and can effectively prevent cracking.
Third, you can only try to enter the password 8 times in a row. If the password is wrong 8 times, the chip will be unusable forever.
Fourth, the XZ8802 chip comes with 2Kb of storage space.
5. Small size and low power consumption, especially suitable for consumer electronic products that need to save power, high cost performance. 5K shipment, the price is only 2 yuan. If the quantity is large, the price is more favorable.
Looking to the future, Shanghai Xinzheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. hopes to rely on its unique encryption chip technology to help domestic IC companies effectively protect their intellectual property rights and promote the development of the original atmosphere in the IC industry!
