AT89S51

AT89S51 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller. It contains 4KB of Flash read-only program memory that can be repeatedly erased and written 1000 times. The device is manufactured using high-density, non-volatile storage technology and is compatible with the standard MCS-51 instruction system and 80C51 pin structure. The chip integrates a general-purpose 8-bit central processing unit and ISP Flash storage unit. AT89S51 is widely used in many embedded control application systems.

performance

  • 4KB Flash on-chip program memory

  • 128 bytes of random access memory (RAM)

  • 32 external bidirectional input/output (I/O) ports

  • 2 interrupt priority levels, 2 levels of interrupt nesting

  • 5 interrupt sources

  • Two 16-bit programmable timers/counters

  • 1 full-duplex serial communication port

  • Watchdog (WDT) Circuit

  • On-chip oscillator and clock circuit

  • Compatible with MCS-51

  • Full static operation: 0Hz-33MHz

  • Three-level program memory security lock

  • Programmable serial channels

  • Low-power idle and power-down modes

AT89S52

The AT89S52 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8K in-system programmable Flash memory. It is manufactured using high-density non-volatile memory technology and is fully compatible with the instructions and pins of industrial 80C51 products. The on-chip Flash allows the program memory to be programmable in the system and is also suitable for conventional programmers. With a smart 8-bit CPU and in-system programmable Flash on a single chip, the AT89S52 provides a highly flexible and ultra-effective solution for many embedded control application systems.

performance

  • Compatible with MCS-51 microcontroller products

  • 8K bytes of in-system programmable Flash memory

  • 1000 erase and write cycles

  • Full static operation: 0Hz-33MHz

  • Three-level encrypted program memory

  • 32 programmable I/O lines

  • Three 16-bit timer/counters

  • 8 interrupt sources

  • Full-duplex UART serial channel

  • Low-power idle and power-down modes

  • Interrupt wake-up after power failure

  • Watchdog Timer

  • Dual data pointer

  • Power-off Identifier
