AT89S51
AT89S51 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller. It contains 4KB of Flash read-only program memory that can be repeatedly erased and written 1000 times. The device is manufactured using high-density, non-volatile storage technology and is compatible with the standard MCS-51 instruction system and 80C51 pin structure. The chip integrates a general-purpose 8-bit central processing unit and ISP Flash storage unit. AT89S51 is widely used in many embedded control application systems.

AT89S52
The AT89S52 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8K in-system programmable Flash memory. It is manufactured using high-density non-volatile memory technology and is fully compatible with the instructions and pins of industrial 80C51 products. The on-chip Flash allows the program memory to be programmable in the system and is also suitable for conventional programmers. With a smart 8-bit CPU and in-system programmable Flash on a single chip, the AT89S52 provides a highly flexible and ultra-effective solution for many embedded control application systems.
