April 8, 2022, China – STMicroelectronics (ST; NYSE: STM), a world-leading semiconductor company serving multiple electronic applications, has recently published its IFRS 2021 annual report for the twelve months ending December 31, 2021 on its website and filed it with the Netherlands Financial Market Supervisory Authority (AFM). Investors can now view the annual report and audited complete financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS-EU) on the ST official website. STMicroelectronics Investor Relations Department also provides paper reports free of charge.
The company's Supervisory Board decided to propose a cash dividend plan of US$0.24 per share of the company's common stock to shareholders at the 2022 shareholders' meeting. In the second, third and fourth quarters of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, a cash dividend of US$0.06 per quarter will be distributed to shareholders of record in each dividend quarter, for four quarters.
