Hello everyone, are there any friends who use Bluetooth chips such as CC2652R to develop applications such as positioning or item tracking?

Simply put, it uses field strength to do triangular positioning. For a specific positioning node, the signal strength sent by the positioning node received by the receiver, i.e. the terminal to be positioned, is related to the distance, which means that the distance to the positioning node is roughly known. Simply put, it is to use field strength to do triangular positioning. For a specific positioning node, the signal strength sent by the positioning node received by the receiver, that is, the terminal to be positioned, is related to the distance, that is, the distance from the positioning node is roughly known. If there are at least two positioning nodes, the distance between the terminal and the two nodes is known respectively, and the position of the positioning node is known, so the position of the terminal can be calculated using trigonometric functions. Although there are two solutions in theory, as long as the terminal moves and performs at least two calculations, it may be possible to obtain a unique solution (with a high probability of being valid, only special trajectories are invalid). If there are three positioning nodes, then the solution is unique.

Considering the positioning accuracy, such solutions require the deployment of many positioning nodes. If the distance is too close, it is no problem, but the signal saturation will increase the error. If the distance is too far, no signal will be received, and positioning is naturally impossible.
