Synopsys recently announced the appointment of Sassine Ghazi as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective November 1, 2021.

Since being appointed Chief Operating Officer of Synopsys in August 2020, Sassine Ghazi has made outstanding contributions to the company's continued development and business expansion, not only strengthening the EDA and IP strategy and product portfolio, expanding the scope of customer cooperation, but also strengthening the company's management team, further consolidating Synopsys' leadership in the industry.

Sassine Ghazi joined Synopsys in 1998 and has decades of experience in chip design, application engineering, customer support, sales, and business management. Prior to being appointed COO, Sassine Ghazi served as General Manager of Synopsys' Design Group, where he led the development of many new products that had a profound impact on the market and greatly promoted the development of the company's business.
