First of all, I am very happy to be shortlisted for this event organized by Dejie. I would like to thank the judges and the beautiful lightxixi for patiently helping me solve the purchasing and out-of-stock issues.

It has been a week since I received the development board. The goods were not sent from China, and the delivery time was not as long as I thought. It took about 10 days to receive the goods. In the current epidemic situation, it is still good to have this speed. In order to prevent the import of the epidemic, I deliberately waited for a week after receiving the goods before opening the express package and carefully disinfected it. I chose the STM32H745I-DISCO development board. The original material was out of stock, so I used this instead.

Its performance is as follows:

Arm Cortex core-based microcontroller with 2 MB Flash and 1 MB RAM

Ethernet compliant with IEEE-802.3-2002 and POE

USB OTG FS with Micro-AB connector

SAI Audio Codec

An ST-MEMS digital microphone

2 x 512-Mbit Quad-SPI NOR flash

128 Mbit SDRAM

It is the same packaging box as other netizens received.

After opening the package, there are three things inside: delivery note, development board package, and foam.

Unpack the development board, it is the classic packaging of the STM32 original development board, packed in an anti-static bag.

Power on decisively, the initial program is built in, the main interface has three buttons, oscilloscope and waveform generator, speed test, information, the interface is as follows

Use the middle button to test the CoreMark of the two CPUs, the M7 core has 2020 CoreMark, and the M4 core has 583 CoreMark.

The first button can test the waveform generation function. The routine is just a simple waveform function implemented by DAC, and the performance of waveform generation cannot be pursued. The interface is as follows.

I searched for information on the official website, determined the output pin, and then connected an oscilloscope to see what the waveform looked like.

Yes, M7+M4F dual core, maximum speed 480MHz, quite a lot of peripherals, definitely powerful

This main frequency is very suitable for display refresh, twice as high as 7508
