Aren't they all labeled IN, OUT1, OUT2? The large piece of copper is GND.

Design the corresponding PCB components according to the package diagram, then open the steel mesh and print the solder paste before infrared reflow. If you do manual soldering, the package cannot be machine-welded, and you need to open a large enough solder hole.
