Saudi Basic Industries Corporation donates 8 million yuan to support Wuhan

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) donated RMB 8 million to the Hubei Provincial Charity Federation to provide targeted support to the Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan Children's Hospital, Yingcheng People's Hospital and Huanggang Central Hospital. The funds will be used to purchase medical protective supplies, provide pensions for frontline medical and support personnel, and meet other actual needs of epidemic prevention work.

In just a few weeks, SABIC urgently allocated 50 tons of raw materials for the production of canned barrels of epidemic prevention disinfectant within 10 hours, and quickly sent 4 tons of raw materials to customers to assist in the manufacture of ventilators and monitors for Wuhan's "Huoshenshan" and "Leishenshan" hospitals, and urgently shipped multiple tons of raw materials to help the production of various intensive care unit monitors and other medical equipment for major hospitals in Wuhan.
