Littelfuse is a diversified industrial technology manufacturing company empowering a sustainable, connected and safer world.
Products supplied by element14 include fuses, circuit breakers, surge protectors, TVS diodes, diodes, thyristors, diodes, MOS transistors (MOSFETs), insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), gate drivers, power modules , switches and sensors.
Littlefuse circuit protection products play a vital role in protecting electrical systems and people. Their products protect against electrostatic discharges, surges, short circuits, voltage spikes, arc flashes and other harmful phenomena.
Littelfuse offers a comprehensive portfolio of advanced power semiconductor technologies, including silicon and wide bandgap solutions in discrete and modular packages. In addition, it offers a broad technology platform that can sense distance, flow, speed, temperature and level, making it ideal for complex electronic systems.
Jose Lok, semiconductor product category director at Farnell and element14 , said: "We are pleased to collaborate with Littelfuse. This cooperation will help our customers obtain more comprehensive solutions, simplify the procurement process and speed up time to market."
Littelfuse's broad product portfolio empowers markets including automotive, consumer products, industrial, building solutions, medical devices, aerospace, and data centers and cloud. Best-selling products supplied by element14 include:
High-side/low-side gate driver LF2181NTR : The LF2181NTR is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. This processing technology enables the high-voltage side of the LF2181NTR to switch to 600V in bootstrap operation. The LF2181NTR logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (as low as 3.3V) for easy connection to control devices. The driver outputs feature high pulse current buffers to minimize driver cross-conduction. The LF2181NTR is available in a SOIC(N)-8 package and operates over the -40 °C to +125 °C temperature range.
USP10973 Thermistor Assembly : This copper probe assembly is suitable for a variety of temperature sensing applications. It has tight tolerances, is moisture resistant and comes with PVC insulated leads. The maximum operating temperature reaches 105°C.
DST Series : The DST series of ultra-low VF value Schottky barrier rectifiers are designed to provide high temperature, low leakage and lower VF value products to meet the basic requirements of commercial and industrial applications. This series of products is suitable for high-frequency switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
Customers can order Littlefuse solutions now through Farnell (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Newark (North America) and element14 (Asia Pacific).
