Renesas Electronics debuts at the 5th China International Import Expo with multiple advanced solutions
Shanghai, China, October 31, 2022 - Renesas Electronics, a global semiconductor solutions provider, announced today that it will make its debut at the 5th China International Import Expo with a variety of advanced solutions for automotive, Internet of Things, industry and infrastructure. Expo (hereinafter referred to as: CIIE), booth number: 4.1H, A1-08 (technical equipment exhibition area). The expo will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from November 5th to 10th. At that time, technical experts from Renesas Electronics will be on site to demonstrate how Renesas embeds advanced solutions into various application fields to help the development of local manufacturers and industries in China.
Renesas Electronics has been working in the Chinese market for decades, and its business in China covers research, development, design, manufacturing and marketing for various applications. In line with the purpose of taking root in China and serving China, Renesas continues to support the development of local Chinese manufacturers and industries with advanced products, technologies and comprehensive solutions. Renesas' rich lineup of embedded processing, analog, power and connectivity products can provide users with hundreds of "successful product combinations" to help engineers use optimized platforms to realize design ideas and accelerate product development cycles. At the same time, Renesas actively participates in promoting China's university education reform through the China University Plan, aiming to enable college students to understand and master the most advanced MCU technology and cultivate embedded system development talents through investment in China's education.
• The combination of sensor signal conditioning and IO-Link (first exhibition in China)
The complete solution is based on the ZSSC32xx sensor signal conditioner with outstanding performance in its class, the RA entry-level MCU RA2E1 with built-in Arm® Cortex®-M32 core, and the CCE45xx and RH4Z2501 IO-Link interfaces. Supports industrial automation applications such as Industry 4.0, Made in China 2025 and IIoT. Applications include pressure sensing, liquid level sensing, weight sensing, temperature sensing and other sensing functions.
• Single-chip low-voltage motor drive and control integrated solution
This solution is a motor drive control solution based on the Renesas Electronics HVPAK chip SLG47105V/SLG47115V configurable hybrid logic chip. It can independently complete the control/drive of DC motors, LED lights and stepper motors to achieve constant voltage and constant current control mode. It can achieve up to 16 levels of subdivision for stepper motors, thereby improving the resolution of stepper motors and reducing soft start settings. gush.
• Easy-to-use, low BOM cost zero standby power consumption 25W USB PD 3.0 adapter
This solution is an easy-to-use, low BOM cost (using a single-sided PCB board), based on Renesas Electronics iW9860 quasi-resonant (QR) flyback controller and iW760 integrated synchronous rectification fast charging protocol chip, which can achieve high efficiency, 25W USB PD 3.0 mobile phone adapter design with zero standby power consumption.
• Automotive server/communication gateway solutions
Renesas Electronics provides a complete development environment with software and hardware for automotive gateway applications to support the new E/E architecture. The reference board contains a CPU board with core system-on-chip (SoC), power management chip (PMIC) and memory, as well as an interface board to support multiple networks. R-Car S4 is an advanced SoC with an embedded MCU core that operates at ultra-low power consumption. Combined with the PMIC (RAA271041 + RAA271005) developed for R-Car Gen4, it achieves excellent power control and functional safety support.
• R-Car V4H autonomous driving development platform
This solution builds a complete environment for developing autonomous driving system applications equivalent to Level 2+ and Level 3, including adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane keeping, automatic parking systems, etc. The R-Car V4H reference board supports multiple camera inputs, including 4K high-resolution input, 4K display output, audio output, network communication interface and Gen 4 PCIe for parallel operation of multiple ECUs.
