We all know that sleep is important, but we just can't bear to give up the good time at night. What time do you go to bed? [Copy link]

 

The doctor at the hospital said that after going to bed early for a period of time, the skin condition will be particularly good.

My colleague sitting next to me said that the benefits of going to bed early can only be understood after you go to bed.

I told myself that I am not young anymore and should pay more attention to my health and go to bed early.

However, with only a few hours left every day, there are too many things I want to do, not to go to bed early. I watch a TV series, exercise, read a book, and before I know it, it's already 2 o'clock.

Starting from noon on Tuesday, I felt unwell, with dry eyes and headaches, but I didn’t realize it was due to lack of sleep. So on Tuesday night, I stayed up until 12 o’clock again.

I still wasn't in very good spirits on Wednesday. I thought it was just because I was getting old and all kinds of physical discomfort were normal. I continued to slack off on Wednesday and went to bed at 12 o'clock.

I couldn't hold on any longer on Thursday night, so I fell asleep at 9 o'clock and didn't get up until 7:30 in the morning. As a result, my headache went away, my eyes were no longer dry, and my body felt a lot more relaxed.

I talked with my colleagues in the morning and found out that some went to bed at 10 o'clock, some went to bed at 1 o'clock, and some went to bed at 12 o'clock. Everyone knows the importance of sleep, but only a few can really go to bed early.

So, as an engineer, what time do you go to bed every day?

I sincerely recommend going to bed early if conditions permit.

Sometimes I go to bed at 7 and get up at 3, and sometimes I go to bed at 10 and get up at 6. I sleep when I feel sleepy and get up when I wake up. I never follow a routine, ha!   Details Published on 2022-9-25 06:05

I usually go to bed at 11-12 o'clock and wake up at 7-8 o'clock in the morning. I am not in good condition during the day and usually have to take a nap at noon. I can't stand it anymore as I get older!

Now I can basically get 6 to 7 hours of sleep. I lie down at 10 o'clock and play with my phone for half an hour before I fall asleep at about 11 o'clock.

Sleeping too late makes my heart feel uncomfortable and my stomach (feeling hungry) also uncomfortable.

I found a way to fall asleep quickly, which is to do the thing that I am least interested in before going to bed, such as reading political news in the newspaper. I am sure you will yawn after reading for a while, and then feel sleepy.

There haven't been any newspapers to read recently. When I can't sleep, I just pick up a book and read a few paragraphs until I can't continue and then go to sleep.

It is normal to go to bed at 10-12 o'clock every day. By the way, if I fall asleep before 9 o'clock occasionally and wake up early in the morning, my body will feel really light. At the end of the day, I feel that my hair falls less.
