Mechanical Engineering Lecture Hall | IGBT module technology driver and application

This lecture is a two-hour special lecture specially prepared for teachers and graduate students of "Power Electronics Technology" related courses at the invitation of the Machinery Industry Press .

• The lecture started with chip technology and product definition, and introduced the development of chip technology;

• Starting from the design and verification process of the power unit, the paper explains the knowledge and abilities that students need to master;

• With reference to the book "IGBT Module: Technology, Drive and Application", the key points of IGBT application technology are listed.
  

Teaching IGBT application technology in university classrooms is a reform and innovation in university teaching. At the end of 2020, the lecture was included in the "Power Electronics" album of the Machinery Industry Press - videos of teacher training courses over the years.
