OptiMOS™ 6 power MOSFET

Modular Half-Bridge Power Board


The kit power board module uses OptiMOS™ 6 power MOSFET 135V, D²PAK 7-pin package, and is the power part of the LVD scalable power demonstration board platform. It is a single half-bridge with power switch and gate driver interface, which can easily build any half-bridge based power topology.
